I have experience of helping all ages and abilities from children to the over seventies. 
 
If you are an exercise novice or have injuries or an illness that makes exercise difficult then we can work together to overcome your difficulties. 
 
If you are looking to tackle a sporting challenge, for example - your first triathlon, 5k run, marathon, ironman or adventure race then getting your training right can make the difference between success and failure.
